REFUND POLICY

 Change of Mind

If we're honest, we really don't like the thought of a 'change of mind' refund for our products. 

If you've purchased a Giddy Up Goals product at a point of inspiration or motivation, we'd hate for you to change your mind and not achieve your goals because of it. We really do want to impact your life with our products and we don't think we'd be doing our work right if we encouraged the refund policy. 

However we understand special circumstances may occur therefore returns will be offered for 14 days from purchase date. 

Change of mind refunds can be made up to 14 days from purchase date. The item must be shipped back to PO Box 959, Innaloo WA 6918 in brand new and sellable condition. All products must be within the packaging with no sign of use or wear and tear. No used items can be refunded. The cost of posting the product back will be the responsibility of the customer and not the responsibility of Giddy Up Goals. Once the item is received on our end, a decision will be made on whether the product can be refunded or not. If it's refundable, we will refund you immediately. 

Giddy Up Goals, at its absolute discretion reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind.

Faulty/Damaged Products

We've tried to choose the most durable, practical and environmentally friendly packaging for our products however we understand that we have little control over what happens between the product leaving us and getting to you.

Therefore if you do receive a damaged product, please send an email with a photo of the packaging and the damaged product to hello@giddyupgoals.com. If deemed suitable, we will replace the product or offer a refund as soon as possible.

    Consumer Guarantees

    If you believe a product is faulty, you may have rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

    If the fault is major you may choose between a refund or exchange. If the fault is minor, we will replace the relevant item within a reasonable time.

    Satisfactory proof of purchase will need to be provided if making a claim under the Australian Consumer Law. A photo must be provided to Giddy Up Goals supporting the fault.

    Returns

    Returns can be made for up to 14 days from purchase date. The item must be shipped back to PO Box 959, Innaloo WA 6918 in brand new and sellable condition.     Refunds will be given using your original payment method. Refunds will be given for the price paid by the customer at the time of the purchase. If shipping was included in the purchase price, this will not be included in the refund.

    If the order was returned due to an incorrect address or the package was unclaimed, Giddy Up Goals has the right to charge re-shipping costs.

    No returns can be made on digital products.

    Information collected when returning items will be securely stored. It may be used for fraud protection activities and for the purpose of Giddy Up Goals research and analysis. It may be disclosed to state and territory departments upon request, as required by law.

    Sale Items

    Giddy Up Goal products on sale will only be refunded for the value of the purchase price not including shipping costs.

    If you would like to request a replacement or refund for a faulty item, please send an email to hello@giddyupgoals.com including:

    - Full name

    - Email address

    - Order number

    - Reason refund/replacement

    - Images to show damage, if images are not provided, we will be unable to process your request.

    Our business hours are 8am to 5pm AWST however we will try to get back to you as soon as possible.
