WHERE DO I PUT MY CALENDAR?
Great question and the answer is…it’s completely up to you.
Personally, we’ve found it most effective placed in the study or living area where we spend most of our time achieving our goals however this could be any room in your house where you are mostly likely to see your calendar regularly and feel inspired to achieve your goals. Just be careful when peeling it off if you put it on a wall– although we have had no troubles so far.
A few suggestions:
Blue tacked or sticky taped to a wall in your house
Placed in a your clothes cupboard
Pinned to a pin up/cork board
Placed on a whiteboard using magnets
Freely laid on your desk

DOES THE CALENDAR COME IN A SMALLER SIZE?
Unfortunately not. In order to use the calendar for what it was specifically designed for, A2 was the best size for it. This is to ensure you have a clear vision of your month and adequate room to write which gives you the best chance at achieving your goals. We went through a validation process and found that people got the most use out of their calendar at A2 size. If you are concerned about the size, you can purchase the downloadable version and have the calendar printed on A3 size paper.
AM I KILLING TREES BY PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT?
Not on our watch. One of our core values at Giddy Up Goals is playing our part for the environment. In the making of the calendar, we went to the extra efforts of finding a supplier that will print our product on 100% recycled paper. The stickers and sticky tape on the outside of the package is biodegradable too.
WHAT DOES 100% RECYCLED MEAN?
The paper we use is called eco-star recycled paper. This paper is made from 100% post consumer waste, it is also uncoated which means the paper fibers are left in a more natural condition and can be recycled again once the paper has been used. The paper is made carbon neutral, it is also chlorine and bleach free.
WILL MY CALENDAR BE BROWN IF IT’S ON RECYCLED PAPER?
Nope, not at all. The paper will still be white and looks (dare we say it) just like normal paper! To be honest, it actually feels a little more sturdy and thicker than normal paper.
PRINTED vs DIGITAL
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE DIGITAL VERSION AND PRINTED VERSION OF THE CALENDAR?
The product you receive will be exactly the same, it’s how you receive it that will be different. With the printed version, everything will be shipped to you in a printed format. Everything printed is made from 100% recycled paper. This is best option if you are more productive when writing out your goals and having a physical copy rather than keeping a calendar online. The digital version is sent to you via email. Everything in the kit is fillable so you can save it to your computer and edit as you please. If you are thinking about printing the calendar once you purchase the digital version, from a value point of view, you are better off purchasing the printed version to start with. Local printing shops charge approximately $10 per A2 piece. Keep in mind you will need to print this 12 times and they often do not offer a recycled option.
I'M STILL STUCK, WHAT VERSION SHOULD I BUY?
Okay, we get it, when you’re in a shop and you ask this question and the answer is, ‘it’s really up to personal preference.’.. it’s not very helpful! So, we’ll try to give you some extra information to help make the decision easier.
When we first designed this product, it was always going to be a printed version. The reason being was that we wanted it to stay in a visible area that was regularly seen so that people could be consistently reminded of and inspired by their goals. In saying that however, we understand that some people prefer to stay organised on their laptops and therefore would make better use of a digital version. We wanted to make sure everybody would benefit from this product so we decided to create the digital version too.
We recommend to purchase the printed version if:
Writing with pen and paper stimulates ideas and creativity for you
You like to complete a physical tick on paper after completing a task
There’s a place you always work out of from your house or office that has a space for a calendar
You generally prefer working on paper rather than a laptop or mobile
Don’t like using your phone for organisational purposes
We recommend to purchase the digital version if:
You love using your phone to stay organised
You need to have your calendar with you at all times
You work from various work areas
Typing on a computer or your mobile phone stimulates ideas and creativity for you
If you just prefer working on your laptop or phone rather than writing on paper
HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE DIGITAL VERSION?
Via email. Upon purchase, a download link will be sent to your email address. You can download the kit to just one device, or multiple.
Note: once you receive the link, we recommend saving our email address to your contacts. Any updated versions of the 2020 kit will be sent to your inbox (for free). If this gets missed in your spam or junk mail, you will miss out on the free updated version.
HOW MANY DEVICES CAN I DOWNLOAD MY DIGITAL KIT TO?
You can download your digital kit to as many digital devices as you like.
Note: If you are using the kit on two devices, the files will not automatically save to both, you will need to manually send the most recent copy to whichever device you wish to continue on.

WHY IS THE DIGITAL VERSION CHEAPER THAN THE PRINTED VERSION?
Both provide the same value however simply put, you are paying for the printed pages with the printed version. You will receive everything that's in the printed version of the kit in an electronic format rather than printed on paper. The downloadable version has been formatted so that any spaces for writing in the printed version, can be typed in the digital version instead.

Depending on your location within Australia, standard delivery will take anywhere between 5-10 business days and express delivery will take anywhere between 1-5 business days. If you haven’t received your order within these time frames – please get in contact with us. Please bear in mind that business days are Monday to Friday and does not include weekends or public holidays.

You will receive your tracking number within 2 business days after your order has been processed.

WHAT IF I MADE A MISTAKE IN MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
In order to receive a refund of the product, please contact email@example.com within two hours of processing your order. We can only provide a full refund if this contact is made within two hours of your order. Please make the subject line, 'CANCEL MY ORDER.'
HOW WILL MY KIT BE DELIVERED WITHOUT THE PAPER BEING DAMAGED?
